About this Christian Poet:
I am a British poet who has spent time studying in the US, teaching in South Korea and am now trying to "make it" as a poet.
palm lamp
some say man was a monkey
swinging aloft in trees of palm
some say the son of man rode on a donkey
sitting aloft a sea of palm
some say the son of God holds the only room key
in his palm
but I say He said He planned and built and owns the room
and is simply waiting for all those caretakers
to whom He gave a skeleton key
to come back and accept
His outstretched
palm
